Hokkaido Pumpkin Puree
A simple basic recipe for pumpkin puree which you can use for pumpkin cookies or soup :)
1 Hokkaido Pumpkin
Cut the pumpkin into halves and remove the seeds. Now place both halves in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 175°C. Once the pumpkin is soft, you can take it out of the oven.
Now you just have to remove the pulp from the shell and put it in a blender to get a nice and creamy pumpkin puree.
