Homemade Potato Pancake Burger
Making Potato Pancakes by yourself is pretty easy and delicious. But if you put them into a delicious burger with mushrooms cream sauce, you have an incredible taste experience you definitely should try out :)


Ingredients for 2 burgers


2 Burger Buns
100g Mushrooms
75ml Cream
2 large Potatoes
1 Onion
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Flour
Salt & Pepper
Vegetable Oil


Preparation

Start by slicing the mushrooms as well as grating the potatoes and onion. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms at high heat for about 2 minutes before adding the cream and reducing the heat to a low level. Let both simmer briefly and season the mushrooms with some salt and pepper.

While the mushrooms are frying, you can also mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Which means the potatoes and onions, the egg, the flour and some salt and pepper. As soon as everything is well mixed, you can split the potato pancake "dough" into two servings and fry them in a pan with plenty of hot oil for about 2 minutes per side till they are golden brown.

In the meantime, you should already slightly toast your burger buns and put the hot potato pancakes as well as the mushrooms on it.
