50ml White Rum
5ml Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
8-10 Mint Leaves
First cut the lime into 6-8 pieces and put them into a glass (About 300ml) together with the sugar and the mint.
Now use a muddler to gently squeeze the lime and the mint 8-10 times. Gently is the key word here. If you press too hard or too many times, your cocktail will get a bitter taste.
In the next step, you add the lime juice and rum and stir everything a few times.
Now you add the crushed ice into the glass so its filled for about Â¾ of its volume and finally fill the glass completely with the sparkling water.
