Fast and Easy Apple Cake

350-400g Flour
125g Sugar
12g Baking Powder
10g Cinnamon
200ml Buttermilk
50ml Sparkling Apple Juice
3 Eggs
2 Apples
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract


First you need a blender to cut one of the apples in small pieces. Now take a big bowl and mix dry and wet ingredients together. This also includes the just blended apple.

After that, you need a greased springform (26-28cm) to put the dough in. Cut the second apple into slices and spread them on top of the dough.

Bake the cake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool down and serve it with some whipped cream.
