Chili Con Carne Burger
With this little bad boy here I will definitely make all meat lovers out there a great pleasure. Juicy beef patty, crispy bacon and delicious chili con carne. Combined with some spicy nachos and we have the perfect burger. However, I will not show how to prepare Chili Con Carne in this post here. There are already a few recipes on my page that show you how to make it :)

Ingredients per Burger

1 Burger Bun
125g Mincemeat (Beef)
100g Chili Con Carne
2-3 TSP BBQ Sauce
Some Tabasco (Optional)
3-4 Slices of Bacon
A handful of nachos
Some Lettuce (So we can call it "Healthy" ;D)


Start by frying the bacon on low heat until it's crispy. That should take about 7-8 minutes. Meanwhile, you can form the beef into a nice patty. Make sure it's a bit bigger than your burger bun. We all know, the meat shrinks a bit while it sizzles in the pan.

After the bacon is crispy, take it out of the pan and put it on some kitchen paper to soak up the excess fat. Then you give the patty in the pan and fry it at medium-high heat on both sides for about 2 minutes each. Once you have turned the patty, you should put the cheese on it and if possible close the pan with a lid. This way the cheese melts much faster.

While the patty is frying in the pan, you should open the burger buns and toast them a bit. There is nothing worse than a soft and cold burger bun. So make sure it's toasted nice and crunchy. As soon as that's done, you spread a teaspoon of the BBQ sauce on both sides of the bun. If you like, you can spice it up by using some Tabasco together with the sauce. After that, you can built your burger. Although I recommend to cut the Jalapeno and mix them together with the Nachos and the Chili Con Carne. In the video I didn't do it but trust me it is much better for the burger ;D
