Homemade Tzatziki Sauce
500g Yogurt or Curd
2-3 Cloves of Garlic (Pressed)
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
Chopped Parsley (Optional)
First, peel the cucumber and cut it into two halves so you can remove the seeds. Once you have done that you will need a grater as well as a small bowl.
Grate the cucumber and mix it well with all other ingredients. Put the tzatziki in the fridge for at least an hour.
Before serving, you should taste the tzatziki again and season with some more salt and pepper if necessary.
