Homemade Cheeseburger Pizza
Cheeseburger on a pizza? Why not. My homemade cheeseburger pizza recipe is simply perfect if you don't want to choose between juicy burgers and a delicious pizza.
Ingredients per pizza
For the dough:
150ml of Water (Warm)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt & Sugar
For the topping:
150g Ground Beef
150ml Tomato Sauce
2 Tsp Mustard
The preparation is super easy. Start by dissolving the yeast along with the sugar in the water. Once the yeast becomes active, mix it with the remaining dough ingredients in a bowl and leave it in a warm place for about 1-2 hours.
Once the dough has doubled or tripled in size, you can preheat your oven to 250°C / 480°F and prebake the rolled out dough for about 5-6 minutes. Before you do that, you should make some small holes in the dough with a fork, so there won't be any air bubbles in your pizza dough.
In the meantime, you should fry and season the onions and meat in a hot pan as well as mix the tomato sauce with the mustard.
Once the dough is slightly crunchy, you can get it out of the oven and add the topping ingredients. Put the pizza back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes at the same temperature.
Once the cheese is golden brown, you can directly serve your delicious homemade cheeseburger pizza.
