Honey Oat Cookies
Ingredients

150g Oatmeal
120g Brown Sugar
120g Soft butter
75g Honey
75g Chocolate
60g Flour
1 Egg
¼ Tsp Baking powder
¼ Tsp Salt


Preparation

Start by preheating the oven at 175 ° C.

Meanwhile add the butter, sugar, honey and the egg to a bowl and stir everything together. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead everything to a smooth dough.

Out of the dough, form small balls (About the size of a table tennis ball), and put them on a baking sheet with some space between them.

Now you can bake the cookies till the edges are golden brown, which takes about 9-12 minutes.
