Fruit Salad
Today I have a simple but very tasty fruit salad with a refreshing yoghurt dressing. Actually perfect for the warmer seasons, but also delicious in winter :D


1 Chinese Cabbage
1 Apple
1-2 Mandarines

For the dressing
150g Yoghurt / Soy Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Tsp Honey / 3 Teaspoons Agave Syrup
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Some Chives
Pinch of Salt & Pepper


Begin to prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients for it into a small bowl. Taste the dressing with some salt and pepper. After that cut the cabbage and the fruits into small pieces. Mix everything in a salad bowl and spread the dressing over it. You should also serve it directly, as the fruit naturally turns brown over time.
