Homemade Blueberry Muffins
Tasty homemade blueberry muffins are always good to eat and in today's recipe, I'll show you how to make them easily by yourself.

Ingredients for about 15-20 Muffins
280g Flour
250g Blueberries
175g Sugar
15g Vanilla Sugar
15g Baking Powder
5g Salt
125ml Milk
100ml Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs

The preparation for your homemade blueberry muffins is super simple. Start by preheating your oven to 175°C or 350°F. While the oven is getting warm, mix all the liquid ingredients in a bowl.

Put all the dry ingredients in a second bowl and mix in the liquid ingredients until u get a smooth dough/batter. Once that is done, you can stir in the blueberries.

When you've done that, place some muffin paper cups (I have really no idea what's the correct English name for them) in your muffin tray and fill each with 3/4 of the dough. Afterwards, you can spread some blueberries on top of the dough, but this step is completely optional.

Bake the muffins at 175°C / 350°F for 25-30 minutes and let them cool down completely.
