Filled Mushrooms
Today I have some deliciously baked mushrooms with a vegetarian filling for you. A super easy recipe for a tasty and healthy snack in the evening or whenever you are hungry for it ;D


6 large Mushrooms
1/2 Potato
1/2 Carrot
1/2 Onion
Salt & Pepper
Some Olive Oil


Start by cutting the vegetables into small pieces. Once you're done with it, you can heat about 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for about 5-10 minutes over medium heat. To ensure that the potatoes are cooked thoroughly afterward, you should close the pan with a lid.

Afterwards, stomp the vegetables to a puree so you can fill the mushrooms better in the next step. But before that, taste the vegetable puree with the spices.

To fill the mushrooms, simply remove the stem and add the filling until the mushrooms are full. Now it's time for the cheese, which you spread generously over the mushrooms. Put the mushrooms in a casserole dish and bake them for 10-15 minutes at 200°C / 390 °F in a preheated oven.

You can enjoy the baked mushrooms directly but they are also very delicious when they cooled down completely.
