Fruity Yogurt Wrap
I don't know how you feel on those hot summer days, but I usually can't eat too much during that time. Especially "heavy" dishes won't get down into my belly. That's why I always eat lots of salads and fruits in summer. Today I will show you a very tasty combination of both in a wrap :)


Ingredients

Wrap
1-2 Mandarines
Some Pineapple
Chinese Cabbage

For the Dressing
150g of Yogurt or Soy Yogurt
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil
2 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Some Chives
Pinch of Salt and Pepper


Preparation

Start by preparing the dressing first. Simply mix all the dressing ingredients together and taste the dressing with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Now you can slice a few leaves of the cabbage, followed by the pineapple and mandarin pieces. Heat the wrap according to the instructions in the oven or in the microwave and put the cabbage and fruits on the slightly warm wrap. Spread some of the dressing on top and roll the wrap together.
