Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

180g Flour
175g Chocolate
120g Brown Sugar
120g Soft butter
1 Egg
½ Tsp Baking powder
½ Tsp Salt


Preparation

Start by preheating the oven at 185°C.

Meanwhile add butter, sugar and the egg to a bowl and stir everything together. Then add the flour, salt and baking powder step by step followed by the chocolate. Now knead everything to a smooth dough.

Out of the dough, form small balls (About the size of a table tennis ball), and put them on a baking sheet with some space between each other.

Now you can bake the cookies for about 12-14 minutes.

Let them chill for a moment after baking and serve right after.
