Mushroom Vegetable Wrap
Today I made some delicious and healthy wraps for you. I hope you will like them :D

Ingredients for 2 Wraps

100g Broccoli
100g Green Beans
100g Rice
5-6 Mushrooms
1 Onion

For the Dressing:

120g Yogurt/Soy Yogurt
1-2 Garlic Cloves
3-4 Tsp Curry Powder
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg


Start by cooking the beans and the rice in slightly salted water. Meanwhile, put the garlic cloves in a garlic press and mix them with the remaining ingredients of the dressing.

In the next step, cut the onions, the broccoli and the mushrooms into small pieces. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the vegetables together with the mushrooms for 5-10 minutes over low to medium heat with the lid is closed.

Next, add the boiled beans and rice to the pan and mix everything with the dressing. In the last step, combine the wrap with the lettuce and the fried vegetables. Roll the wrap and enjoy your healthy meal :)
