Green Banana Apple Smoothie
Green fruit smoothies are always delicious and very healthy. They are also great for replacing complete meals. For example, I like to drink it for breakfast, because in the morning I really do not like to eat something heavy. But a smooth drink is very welcome for me :D


Ingredients per Smoothie

1 Apple
1 Banana
75g Spinach
100ml Water
1Tsp Honey
2-3g Ginger (Optional)


Preparation

The preparation of a smoothie is very simple. Just put all ingredients in a blender and blend them until you got your smoothie. They taste even better when they are served very cold. Especially during the hot summer :D
