Breakfast Burritos
Today I have the perfect recipe for all the people out there who love a savory breakfast in the morning. This breakfast burrito is easy and fast to prepare and perfect as a full meal or a snack :)


Ingredients per Burrito

1 Tortilla Wrap
1 Onion
1 Garlic clove
2 Eggs
40g Mozzarella
Bacon (As much as you like)
Salt & Pepper
Chilli Flakes


Preparation

The preparation of this breakfast burrito or wrap is relatively easy. First, dice the onion and do the same with the garlic clove. Then fry the bacon on low heat until it reached the desired crispiness.

Once that's done, put the bacon aside and keep the liquid fat. You will need it later. Next, fry the onion and garlic very briefly before adding the beaten egg to the pan. Mix everything together, let the egg get stiff and season it. Meanwhile, you can preheat the oven to 200°C and shortly warm the wrap in it (about 20-30 seconds), because warm wraps can be rolled up much more easily.

Put the egg, bacon and cheese on the warm wrap and roll it all up to a burrito. Then brush the collected fat from the bacon all over the burrito and bake it for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
