Fluffy Homemade Pizza Dough

180g Flour
100ml Water (Warm)
8g Yeast
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Sugar


Start by mixing the yeast and sugar into the water and wait for 5-10 minutes till the top of the water will become bubbly.

Then take a big bowl and mix and knead the flour, salt, olive oil and the yeast till you get a smooth dough. Put a kitchen towel over the bowl and let the dough rest for 30-35 minutes at room temperature.

After that time knead the dough for additional 60 seconds. Then put some flour on your working surface and roll out the dough. You need to prebake it for 5 minutes at 200-250°C in a preheated oven.

Now you can put your favorite toppings on the dough and bake the pizza for about 15 minutes at same temperature. To get the best result you should put your baking sheet in the lowest possible place in the oven.
