Black Bean Burger
Today I have once again a delicious burger for you. But this time, to make it a bit more special without meat and therefore also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Vegans should simply skip the cheese or replace it with vegan alternatives :)
Ingredients for 2 burgers:
FOR THE BEAN PATTERN:
200g BLACK BEANS
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 TSP SALT & PEPPER
1 TSP CUMIN
1 TSP PAPRIC POWDER
1 TSP THYME
2 TBSP BREADCRUMBS
The preparation is very simple. First take a bowl and mash the beans in it. Then mix it with all the other patty ingredients. If the mass is still too moist or not well connected, add some more breadcrumbs.
Make two patties out of it and fry them briefly in a pan with hot oil (both sides for 3-4 minutes each). However, you should heat up the oil before and reduce it to a medium level as soon as you put the patties in it.
While the patties sizzle in the pan, you can also cut the buns and lightly toast them. You should also slice the pickles and tomatoes in the meantime.
When everything is ready, simply build your burger and serve immediately :D
